If an exclamation point will not suffice, I'd hazard to propose that italics is easier on the eyes (though even that should be used very conservatively). Regardless, who cares? Depends. The current form of government and judicial system is not matching these of western countries. Foreign policy is also troubling. But their system is better than others like China or Saudi Arabia. The people are mostly nice I guess. The landscape, however, is fascinating. I'd wish Russia would become European and we could have better relations.
