Its obvious  obama/hillary/trump picks will continue to strike down laws based on politics instead of deciding whether something is unconstitutional or not. So if I was a senator i would vote against anyone these three nominate unless they prove they're not political in their decisions.

Clinton should just troll Republicans as much as possible with her judicial nominations.

Muslims are one of the most politically impotent and discriminated against groups of the US population. They punch well below their numbers, existing on the fringes of the sociey. This is why it is so revolting when some idiots go out yelling "the sky is falling, sharia!!!" This is just a reminder of how the facts stand.

Yeah. Especially since the GOP decided to stop confirming judges completely after the end of June, so he can essentially elevate whoever without any risk of them actually being on the bench.
