Yes, I have a special pillow for it.

One thing I've noticed about getting older that you don't hear about a lot is the shrinking options you have for sleeping positions.  When I was young, I could sleep in any position, wake up and be fine.  Now I have two, they only hurt a little.

Nope, I've never done this before.  I can't really sleep without my head being elevated, so my pillow's always firmly under my head.

Yeah, body pillows are fantastic.  I got a memory foam one last month and it's absolutely (at least partly) helped with my insomnia.
