I doubt it. Unless she starts fainting like once a week, or faints during a debate, I don't see it becoming a huge issue. Trump isn't just "the other candidate" - people not voting for him have a lot of strong opinions about him, and Clinton has to clearly appear unfit to lead to convince the people Trump needs. Presidential campaigns take a lot out of people, so it's not that surprising she is having some trouble.
