The Orthodox Presbyterian Church put out a pamphlet a while ago on church planting and church growth. Can't seem to find it online now, but it outlined two major concerns in cases of rapid church growth:

1) Where are your new people coming from? Are they mostly converts and nominal Christians or are you just 'shuffling the deck' among the gospel preaching churches?

2) Are the new people being properly discipled? One can make the decision for Christ, but the Christian life is much, much longer than that.

Now the above might not be problems for Harvest Church, but they are common challenges for megachurches, and they give reason to be skeptical when someone brings in many, many new converts or claims to have 'found the key'.
