Castro endorsed Obama. Foreign dictators are trolls. Well Putin and Trump seem to have a think for that but the Kim one is trolling.

Foreign leaders typically don't endorse anyone,  but Putin has been particularly friendly toward Trump with his comments.

Kim Jong Un I have no idea why he made the comments he did, probably because of his ties to Russia...?
