Your opinion of Bob Dole (R-KS), Senator and nominee for VP in 1976 and for president in 1996.

I have some political differences with him, but he's nevertheless a true FF. I might have voted for him in 1996 because he was the more honest person in that race (would also have prevented Dubya).

What exactly did he, a 90-something who has been out of the game for 20 years, sell out? Simply endorsing someone with views that don't exactly chime with your own isn't 'selling out', unless Trump gave him something in return.

The most honorable man to run for President in the Republican party in the last forty years. I didn't find Dole to be especially disagreeable, even as I disagreed with him.
