You and me both. It still blows my mind that just two decades ago Virginia and North Carolina could be to the right of West Virginia and Tennessee. Supposedly, from what I hear from among our State GOP is that if they can boost turnout by 5% outside NoVA and Richmond, the Commonwealth could be flipped again.

1) they have not good enough campaign operation
2) they are going to lose too many votes in Northern VA
