Interesting that recently in elections, the candidate leading around Labor Day has ended up winning but by a little bit less.  The only exception lately has been John McCain who led by roughly 4 points this time which is where Clinton was at a week before she fell.

Sometimes it's just easier to say America is a stupid country.  It's usually true, and it doesn't require math or mental gymnastics to reach that conclusion.

I'm sad that it has come to this, but...

If Clinton wants what's best for her party, and the entire country, she should drop out (cite some health reasons or whatever) and let someone else be the candidate.

I don't know, I think the nominee dropping out less than two months before the election is hardly going to make anything better. Stupid idea.

Gee, attacking the voters for exercising their rights with a comment that comes across as Anti-American is obviously the best way to win an election.

"How stupid are the people of Iowa", etc.

So instead of justifying the point made, criticism directed at another individual is made? That my friend, is a logical fallacy.

At the very least attacking the voters does not necessarily lead to losing an election, in some cases not even a loss of support.

I no longer believe she could even beat Cruz.

Don't worry about this, it's just the media wanting a horse race and spinning everything like it. She'll demolish him in the debates, then we'll be fine.

What if she forgets to drink water again and faints in the middle of a debate?

It's going to be air conditioned, there really isn't any danger of her overheating and fainting. Plus she won't be having to worry about pneumonia then.

Apparently they couldn't get a "representative sample" so they just multiplied out whoever they did get.

Are you unfamiliar with how public opinion polling works?

Not at all. That's what Nate Cohn said the reason was for there not being a cross tab listed

Except it's not 'unskewing' when there is proof, unlike republicans who 'unskew' by making up an electorate that actually isn't what the real electorate is like.

I don't know what you mean by "just multiplied out", but polls sometimes/often doesn't  report numbers with huge MOE, because some uneducated will complain: "why do Trump get 20% among blacks?Huh?!!" etc... Wink

No that means that the margin of error is too high to show results.
