It's the first debate and one of the two happens:

A) Trump makes a poor comment on stage along the lines of (Calling Hillary a bitch or something blatantly racist about Latinos/Muslims/etc)

or

B) Hillary fainting on stage ala what happened in NYC last sunday.

Neither are probably going to happen but would would be the bigger death blow?

I guess the latter?  Neither of these will happen.  Trump shouldn't go to debates until it's agreed to have no moderators. They're adults and should ask each other unscripted questions.  Scripts are for movies and plays.

B. Thanks for putting that in my head. My expectations for HRC are so low now.

Trump supporters/anti-Hillary voters don't seem like the kind of people who would be particularly bothered by the first one.

I don't think either would be a nail in the coffin. B) would be a bigger deal, as I think more people would be surprised at Clinton fainting on stage than Trump saying something offensive for the 1000000th time.

If Trump's gaffes hurt him he wouldn't be where he's at now.  No one cares about what he says.

Trump has already made many gaffes, and they did not hurt him too much. Clinton fainting on stage would have a much larger effect on the race. The health issue is probably partially responsible for her current slip in the polls, and that would just magnify the effect.

Trump will definitely call Hillary a bitch if he's not on his proper dosage of medication. That's why he's been trying to get out of the debates, because he knows that if he's anywhere near her that he's capable of going off.

Clearly, Hillary fainting on stage.

That would put an end to any hope she had of winning.

Likewise, if Trump fainted on stage, that would put an end to his Presidential ambitions as well.

Perhaps but if that really mattered, he wouldn't have gotten this far.  Democrats continuously wait for the "gaffe to end all gaffes" but if this was something that hurt him politically he wouldn't even be the nominee.

For A, I think you would need something more like this to instantly K.O Trump:

Lester Holt: "Mr. Trump, how are you going to handle relations with hostile country X?"

Trump: "They will do whatever I tell them or believe me, I'll launch the nukes on my first day in office!"

Even that would be considered Trump's humor.

Trump, calling Hillary a bitch, is more realistic Roll Eyes

That's like asking whether Oklahoma or California is more likely to flip this year. Neither will happen.

I clearly  said neither will happen in the opening statement moron

Then we'd know who the real "deplorables" are...

Yeah. At that point, what does that tell us about our lives in general?

1) This isn't a safe space though it does skew 2:1 D.
2) It was a legitimate hypothetical
3)Ask people at a Trump rally. If they do these things, it is OK now, right? Just like when a blow job makes it OK to steal answers on a test..
