That seems to be a common response from conservatives anytime they lead in anything anywhere.

No,  if the Republicans keep the Senate Majority it won't be the end of the world, so I'm not "Fearing" anything.

No, just the end of pretty much all of Hillary's domestic agenda.

No, just the end of pretty much all of Hillary's domestic agenda.

Really, how much was she going to get done anyway with the House in GOP hands? Obama/Democrats had a fairly nice Senate majority for 4 years with Republicans in the House and Congress was essentially useless during that period. I'm unsure why Republicans, who are already planning to obstruct her agenda and have convinced their base she is a criminal that needs to be locked up, would work with her on anything significant from her agenda.

I'm not saying it's useless to have a Senate majority, it's certainly not for multiple reasons, but I always understood the key to major policy achievements was complete control and not divided control.

Also, I don't see how this is RIP majority. We just need 4 seats if she wins, and that is still perfectly doable.

Obviously there is still a path for Democrats to win 50+ seats, but I remember when everyone (including Sanchez and Dereich) told me that Rubio was finished and that Murphy was going to win for sure. According to our resident FL experts (not you, Virginia Tongue), I had no clue about FL politics because I suggested that Rubio running for reelection would be the only way Republicans could hold this seat. Fun times.
He was going to lose to Murphy until the Democrats randomly pulled out of the race. Murphy has been trailing and Rubio somehow, someway, has managed to get around the fact that he literally politicized the Orlando attacks to reenter the race.

Marco Rubio is a good politician.  He took down a popular incumbent Governor in the Republican Senate primary in 2010, no small feat.  The people of Florida like Marco, and are ready for a New American Century.

Yeah, I have to agree. The Supreme Court, and 2018-2020.

Agreed!

I wonder where the DSCC will be pulling out of next? My guess is New Hampshire! Smiley

This is dumb. They should've pulled out of OH two months ago; now they're overreacting. This'll be regretted.

It seems like the DSCC is made up of Atlas posters.

Crist dropped out before having to face a primary, actually. And Crist was already a pariah for having even mentioned Obama's name without then saying "is satin".

Wouldn't surprise me.

But angry New Hampshire women will help them maintain the freiwal before the last rodeo on Election Day.
