So chalk this up to about 15 million dollars to charity Trump has passed on because he ~~didn't want to~~ couldn't do things basically any other presidential candidate would (and could) happily do.

Cuban should keep pressing him on this. He won't of course, but I suspect the real purpose is to bait him into showing he has no real policy ideas (which of course he doesn't)
