I mean, Arizona is a possibility as is NE-2, Georgia is vaguely within reach, but it's hard to argue North Carolina isn't the most likely.

I would switch Arizona and Georgia.

With the latest poll from Georgia, you might be right. I think Clinton has been focusing more on Arizona though.
