I'd rather live in King County TX than these two, but out of the two Palo Alto. I would rather be financially stressed (actually bankrupt is more like it) than having a legitimate chance of being shot by walking around the wrong street.

How is something being stupid expensive make it "the worst"?  Bad, sure, but the worst?

California and their stupid laws about housing created this mess.  Still rather live there than Camden though (also ruined by stupid laws).
