Incumbents normally get a buffer, Bush got CO, NV, and NM.

I guess you can make WI, PA, NV, and VA Safe D?

Wouldn't that give her 270+ at the minimum to start with?

Same as '04 or '12. Normal conditions, even '08 could've been avoided if Bush had let the Fed bailout Lehman, he specifically told them no.
