Have you donated to one of the presidential nominees yet?

Ever since early 2012, I've seen it as just as fundamental to being an engaged and active citizen as voting.

I gave a few random $20 donations to Hillary when she had really good days during primary season, and once when she really needed a sign of support after Bernie won NH.

After she became the nominee, I set up a recurring $10 monthly donation, which I'll keep until the campaign ends.

No. If I was actually enthusiastic about Hillary I would, but since I'm only voting for her to "STOP TRUMP", she doesn't deserve it at all. She should feel very lucky to even have my vote period, and if I voted in a definitely Safe R/Definitely Safe D state, she wouldn't have it all (Johnson would).

Since I'm on the tail end of a car accident, and trying to save up for Grad School, and neither candidate is very impressive...yeah no. Hillary has my vote, that's it.

No, not allowed to. Otherwise I'd be maxed out on Clinton.

Nope. I came very close to donating to Jill Stein before she picked Ajamu Baraka. And then she picked Ajamu Baraka.

I purchased a Make America Great Again hat. I donated to Webb, Lessig, and O'Malley in the primary but I won't donate for a general.

EDIT JULY 19 2019: I burned said MAGA hat shortly after the inauguration.

Bought a T-shirt and a lawn sign from the Johnson campaign, so yes, actually. Earlier bought a shirt from Rubio.

I've never donated to a political cause and I'm not planning to start anytime soon. I mostly give to my university and small amounts to various Gofundme campaigns that strike a chord with me.

I bought a Cruz shirt to troll liberal friends with and donated $50 to Trump because a friend badgered me into doing it.

In local races, the kind of money I have to spend can make a difference.

With Friends like that, who needs enemies. Nixon?

No. I donated to Ron Paul's 2012 campaign, but other than that, I doubt I ever will contribute to a national candidate again. Local/state candidates are a different story.
