My first thought was Jigglypuff, but let me look through the Pokedex.  Oh, Krabby/Kingler  or Paras/Parasect probably tastes pretty good if you like seafood.  Tauros is likely good if you like beef.  Ponyta would be good if you like spicy horse meat.

Venomoth would probably be the worst.

Stantler, Deerling and Sawsbuck if you like venison.

Corphish, Crawdaunt, Clauncher and Clawitzer if you like shellfish.
