Every year we have one of these.  Now the Chicago Tribune/Sun Times and every ither media outlet will do a pice on how this year is different and how the GOP is going to make a better showing - and then will go on to lose by double digits again.  A poll like this of Illinois every 4 years is as predictable as the sun rising in the east every day.

They polled the Senate race in Il.  Duckworth by 2
