I have no idea why Clinton would agree to do that, but I found it to be an oddly enjoyable mix of exceedingly awkward non-humor.

Obama did it a few years ago to get young adults to sign up for Obamacare. It actually worked as there was a spike in enrollment among young adults after the video aired.
