It won't even matter if Clinton has all the substance. It's Al Gore vs George Bush all over again in that regard.

Hard to say.  If it turns on personality or showmanship, probably Trump wins.  If they actually debate policy, then probably Clinton wins. 

Holt is a long-time registered Republican, and he's thoughtful, so I suspect he'll hold them both to specific policy.  If that's the case, then it is likely Clinton will look better informed. 

Since when have the debates been about policy? 1960? 1976? Certainly not since the CPD was created.
