Presidency: Clinton wins with 301 EVs, secured by victories in FL and PA by more than 0.5% but by less than 1%. Trump is forced to concede since it is out of the range where a recount would realistically change anything, but he still claims that the election was rigged, and some of his supporters agree. Clinton gets a considerable "transition bounce", entering office with a 52/34 approval rating (Obama started at 63/20), with most undecideds being right-leaning moderates or conservatives who just want a post-election reason to say "disapprove". In other words, her honeymoon isn't going to be long.

Senate: Democrats pick up IL, WI, IN, and NH, but lose NV, resulting in a 51-49 republican majority.

House: Dems gain a net seven seats, making the house 240-195 R

So Hillary has good-looking but not really sustainable approvals, and a congress that is against her. The senate filibuster is clearly here to stay in its current form, and if they can get every republican on board, republicans can even reinstate it for the lower courts. Republicans don't feel they need to "prove bipartisanship" to voters since the 2018 elections are already quite biased in their favor due to the senate map and the fact that it's a midterm.

What can Hillary realistically accomplish, if anything?

They would have to put up someone on SCOTUS and she can continue to do executive orders.

Virtually nothing. Congress would rather let the world burn then help President Hillary Clinton get anything done.

It will definitely be underwhelming and maybe even a little disappointing, but if there is one thing Hillary Clinton is good at, it's working across the aisle (while at the same time having a deep dislike of the people she's working with). She worked with Republicans to increase healthcare access to members of the national guard, so she has a good record of this. (She may be even better at making deals than that birther guy.) Looking at her website, I found that she would actually be very successful in a number of her endeavors. These include her plans to combat drug abuse, disorders and diseases, her foreign policy, paid medical and family leave, her plans to help children and the disabled, and her plans to help small businesses, rural communities, infrastructure, and manufacturing. (These should all be bipartisan issues, and Clinton, who is a lot more talented than Obama when it comes to this, could make them so.) And she could even get campaign finance reform done if she choses the right Supreme Court justices and they get past the Senate. She could make some progress with the rest through the use of executive orders, even if Republicans complain.
