I consider myself a trekkie having been to a number of cons in the 1990's. I've passed through Riverside on occasion, but I've only stopped at nearby Kalona. I counted that as a yes anyway.

I mean yeah, fundamentally it's just a small town with a Star Trek theme on its town signs and a small museum, but it's also not that far out of the way. If you're ever traveling between Iowa City and St. Louis I wouldn't see any reason not to give it a quick stop.

Well, given where I live and where family has and is located, I've been to plenty a roadside tourist novelty anywhere along the Mississippi River from New Orleans to the MN/IA/WIS region.  Granted the ST. Paul-ST. Louis stretch can be a little fallow since the Ave of the Saints is a rather recent development, but Hannibal, Mo (Mark Twain), Decorah, Ia (Norwegians) or Austin,MN (Spam) would all be more worthy (if not a quick) as Riverside.
