What the hell is that supposed to mean? So now you should be thrown out of a campaign event if you don't subscribe to a particular political and religious belief system? Perhaps him and his followers would like to extend that to all of America, which wouldn't be surprising considering the immense tolerance found on the religious right... I guess a religious minority like myself isn't welcome here anymore. How amazing that the Republican Party has went from people screaming about the constitution to stuff like this without shedding but a few supporters.

I know PERSONALLY Christian conservatives who organize mission trips to impoverished countries.  They not only spread the Gospel and plant churches; they engage in projects that will ensure that the people there have clean drinking water and medical care.

Christ, Himself, told his Disciples:  "If the World hates you, remember that it hated Me first."  Coming to Atlas Forum confirms that Biblical Truth with ever logon.

So if people don't agree with you that also means they hate you?

More importantly, it reassures them of the righteousness of their faith and beliefs because Jesus predicted they'd be reviled and persecuted for them. What they seem to overlook is that Christ emphasized meekness, mercy, and love above all else. They're just intolerant, self-righteous dicks.

Yea.... As a Christian, this post is disgusting with your conclusion.  Your way too paranoid.

You know that sound of air slowly leaking from a flat tire?  That's the Trump campaign this week.

Trump doesn't strike me as someone who is religious, so this is just pandering. It's incredibly dangerous, though. The easiest way for him to build a cult of personality is to appeal to the fringe elements and make them feel mainstream.

Is anyone really surprised by this? The dude is a pandering fascist who thinks instilling fear of the 'other' will get him elected President. If he wants to remove 70%+ of the population then by all means let him try.

It's rarely mentioned but worth discussing: Trump, in his convention speech, made a promise to thank the "religious community" for their support: allowing churches to endorse candidates without fear of consequence from the IRS.

Not surprising from a man who opposes the First Amendment and wants to repeal it.

Trump is obviously being sarcastic.  Remember that Trump loves Planned Parenthood.  Trump will be anti-Muslim if he makes it to the oval office, but you'll be fine if you're any other religion.

Also, fascism is anti-Christian.  A lot of his alt-right supporters are neo-pagans.

Trump is obviously being sarcastic. ... Trump will be anti-Muslim if he makes it to the oval office, but you'll be fine if you're any other religion.

I'm sure Jews, Sikhs, Buddhists, non-religious and others are flocking to Trump at the sheer thought of being left alone while the Muslims get rounded up.

Trump is always being 'sarcastic' when it suits him.  Either he can't take anything seriously or he's a racist buffoon, or both.  That does not instill confidence.

It's a joke, people. I thought it was funny. It's funnier because Trump has basically admit to being a casual Christian, at best, since the convention.

Long Jewish history teaches us not to take such things as jokes: even if they appear to be. Pure natural selection. Those of our ancestors prone to like that sort of humour have rarely left survived long enough to leave offspring.

Ok, but what's the punchline?
