Western Europe results:

✓Germany - 68.3%
Netherlands - 31.7%

Now we're moving on to Northern Europe. Here's the map I'm using to determine the regions: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/7a/Europe_subregion_map_UN_geoscheme.svg/680px-Europe_subregion_map_UN_geoscheme.svg.png
It might seem strange to include the British Isles as part of Northern Europe, but I went with this map mainly so that the numbers of countries per region would be roughly equal.

Anyway, there are a lot of great countries in this region as well, but I'll go with one that I'm pretty sure isn't going to win: Estonia. For one thing, a very high percentage of the population participates in a choir of some sort. As a result, it has a very rich choral tradition, and it has a strong education system as well. There are plenty of other countries I could've gone with as well, I just wanted to make sure Estonia got some love.

Three days to vote!

Hard call between Ireland and Iceland, but I give the nod to Iceland because out of nostalgia [had a random urge to learn about it all as middle-schooler].

But Scotland would win this if it had gone Independent in 2014.

Sweden (sane, Social Democrat, has wet dreams about Per Albin Hansson, Ernst Wigforrs and Olof Palme)

Britain is the worst major Western European country, even worse than France. It winning would be a disgrace.

Sweden. I haven’t been there myself, but a colleague of mine spent there a year to study and she really enjoyed it.

Close call between Norway, Sweden, and Iceland (such fantastic countries).  I give Norway the edge because of my ancestry.

Anyway, tough choice, but I went with Iceland.
