I'm curious as to see how this would play out. Please post your maps.

Closest Scenario (Electorally):

Alcon 289 EVs
StatesRights 249 EVs

Most Distant Scenario (Electorally):

Alcon 335 EVs
StatesRights 203 EVs

I'm not convinced that Alcon would win Florida in the closest scenario possible.

Maybe not. However I believe that Florida as a whole is a little bit farther left-leaning than StatesRights.

Some of States more extreme views would turn off enough voters in the west to give it to Alcon.

States would lose Nevada, but win West Virginia.

Alcon might also have trouble in populist New Mexico and would fair much better in Arizona than is otherwise imagined.

States would win in Florida, as he resides in the swing area of the state.  Smiley

You got to remember that States thinks that West Virginia was illegally created and that it shouldn't exist. I doubt he'd play too well there.

Well Alcon would probably beat me in S. Florida but I'd win the state by winning the panhandle in a landslide.

Northern Florida is quite conservative, yes; I do believe you would win that part.

He also happens to reside in the Tampa area.  Henceforth, I would predict that he would do well enough in central Florida (the swing part of the state) to win over Alcon.

yeah, States would definitely win his own state and there would be a high turnout and percentage for him in the south, but he may polarize voters who would lean for a more moderate Alcon.

A tie at 269-269, but States wins because of a higher popular vote.
