Of course, I am. There is NO case that exists of someone being attacked for practicing their religion. On the case of your strangely specific assertion, I would assume you are referring to this cupcake shop who was fined $135k ("awarded $60,000 to Laurel Bowman-Cryer and $75,000 in damages to Rachel Bowman-Cryer for emotional suffering.”).

This isn't practicing a religion, this is blunt discrimination and they were punished for it. I think the fact that you are trying to frame discrimination as "practicing their religion" is a sick statement, and should offend any Christian who actually follows the teachings of Jesus.

Ah. I see. Yes, it is contrary to the First Amendment which protects the rights to freedom of speech and expression, and that includes the ability to practice one's religion.

I'm glad to see that you've still yet to provide evidence of any homosexual man or woman who's had to pay 125k because they were homosexual. Again, the pendulum has swung. That a Christian baker can be fined 125k for declining to participate in a homosexual wedding, is contrary to the constitution and to Natural Law for the provision of freedom of association and freedom of conscience.
