They make your body look ugly and nasty.
Ah, so being ugly should be illegal.

I believe in a civil nation, the people should look like civil people. People who have tatoos all over their bodies look like a cave man.

So, uh, who gets to set the standard for what constitutes "looking like a civil person"?  If the government decided that everyone must wear a suit and tie at all times, everywhere, would that be fine?

A civil nation is rarely civil for long without adequate freedoms.  You don't have the right not to be offended by the way someone looks.
