This poll was conducted by Ann Selzer, who has an A+ rating on 538. Although they do have a rigid LV screen and were wrong about the Iowa Caucus by a pretty large margin.

If Burr can't consistently outperform Trump in any polls leading up to Election Day, I'm gonna eventually say Ross is favored.

Burr was instrumental in getting Foxx DOT so that wouldn't have happened. I don't buy this line of thinking anyhow, Burr would have mobilized much earlier against a stronger opponent
