Why is isn't Oglala Lakota (formerly Shannon) County not on the list?

I thought this as well. Obama got 93.39% of the vote there in 2012, a higher percentage than all of the counties listed above.

Prince George's will be almost unanimous >90% Clinton. Its majority black and DC suburban, two of very bad demographics for Trump.

Was about to vote Other because of Shannon until I saw "not counting DC and small counties" - I think Shannon counts as a small county.

Whichever county is the blackest. Trump is at zero with blacks.

Because I said "not counting small counties."  Those tend to be really skewed.  My cutoff was those counties with 100000+ votes cast in 2012, but I let Clayton, GA in because it came just under that, and Obama did really well.

New York County (Manhattan) is an interesting choice.

I imagine that the Republicans there who supported McCain and Romney are very likely to be UWS "Never Trump" types, and they'd probably be closer to Clinton ideologically than Johnson.  Clinton may also get a boost in New York considering she's represented the state in the Senate.

She'd probably do a hair better in the Bronx though, but Manhattan could have a very strong D swing this election cycle.

All the rich counties with dense population where most of the elitists and pompous people live.

Another possibility: Menominee County, Wisconsin.
