Considering many negative traits of Borgia are more a product of Giuliano della Rovere almost fanatical propaganda than the man being insanely evil, I'd take Borgia despite his inmense flaws.

And then such propaganda is being confirmed by popular TV series. Sad!

(And no, there's no slightest historical evidence Lucrezia and Cesare f**ked each other).
