In order of concern:

Income Inequality > Climate Change > Racism/Police Shootings > Infrastructure > Mass Shootings > Terrorism

In terms of my personal first two and fourth, I think they can be intertwined in a way as to satisfy them all in a way (basically, I believe in a green jobs revolution and massive investment in infrastructure that would create strong middle class jobs). Obviously, that's not everything can be done to satisfy all three, but it would certainly be a great start.
