It will likely be Edith Hollan Jones, since President Bush will likely replace Sandra Day O'Connor with another woman.  It won't be Janice Rogers Brown since she has already been appointed (and approved by the Senate) to the DC court of appeals, which leaves Edith Jones, who has been a judge on the New Orleans-based 5th circuit court of appeals since 1985, and is known as being reliably conservative as well as outspoken.
