Clinton transcripts for everyone (#Wikileaks)

   I know that we desperately need open borders.  This is a sure-fire vote winner, huge amounts of the American electorate will respond to this.

   According to the latest WikiLeaks, Clinton said she supports  open trade and open borders in this Hemisphere, which sounds to me like support for an American Union, similar to the European Union. I think it would be good for voters to know if that is in fact  what she supports, and would she try to achieve this by executive order as President (or parts of it at any rate), assuming congress wouldn't go along.
