If Donald Trump still wins the presidential election, despite this 2005 comments about women, what does it say about the country, whether you like him or not?

People voted for him based on issues, not personality.

If it was about issues, why didn't Pub voters choose Pat Buchanan or Tom Tancredo when given the chance?

I mentioned it in another thread. If Trump makes it despite this tape, then it means his election was inevitable.

If Trump wins this election in spite of all the hateful, bigoted, racist, sexist, disgusting comments he's been spewing for his entire life, and in spite of his reckless jingoism and his insane lunatic approach to foreign policy, then I think we can safely conclude that the experiment of American democracy has failed

That many Americans want to spend the next 4 years and beyond saying, "President Pussygrabber".

For the same reason that you might not go to the doctor for a cough, but you probably would when you find blood in your urine. The United States was an almost entirely different country in 1992/1996.
