What is the legacy of the former prosecutor, former New York City mayor, former "America's Mayor", 2008 presidential candidate, GOP surrogate, and Donald Trump advisor and surrogate? What is his legacy?

His utter incompetence as a leader has been disguised as great leadership during 9/11. His tough on crime policies had no real profound effect on crime compared to other cities and compared to when Rudy wasn't mayor (Dinkins saw similar sized decreases in crime). Rudy Giuliani's legacy is as one of the greatest frauds and political failures this country has ever seen. He's subhuman scum.

Plus what kind of idiot wears his glasses this god damn crooked:
