This has been a BIZARRE election and the Trump tapes have made it worse. Do you think Clinton coattails will be so far-reaching that it could knock off Portman? Or do you think people will become so complacent that Ron Johnson sneaks by? [just examples]

Does anyone think that this election can lead to a "freak" unexpected win or loss to a candidate somewhere? If so, which seat?

If RonJon wins (and he won't), it will have nothing to do with Trump or Clinton.

Coattail effects are a myth most of the time, given the tendency of so many voters to split ticket.  Given the fact that Hillary's negatives are nearly as high as Trump's, it seems that her election would be more a repudiation of Trump than a clear mandate for her.  The only way any Democrat will win on her coattails is if black, female, and/or Hispanic turnout is as high as 2008 or 2012.  But given how much Trump has insulted two out of the three, there's still a good chance of it.

I would like for Rubio to lose. Portman's way too far ahead
