I won't comment on Bill, but I absolutely agree with the rest of what you're saying. I'm bothered by those that think she's a horrid b-tch that wants nothing more than the Presidency to server her own purposes. I think those that think that are fundamentally wrong and uninformed. She has made unforced errors, but I do believe she fundamentally wants to work for the middle class and fight for those that she has fought for her entire life.

I've never understood what drives this visceral hatred of her. There is no logic to it. Her Administration could cure cancer, HIV/AIDS, and Alzheimer's and the right would still not lay down arms and give her any credit (not that she would even try to claim credit, as the other candidate certainly would).

Hillary Clinton is not the greatest politician, but I absolutely believe she is one of the greatest public servants this country has ever had. Unlike most politicians that get into office, Hillary Clinton actually wants to do the work of government. Her interest is not all of the stupid public events and whatnot that the media want and expects. She'd much rather work on negotiating an appropriations bill than pardon the Thanksgiving turkey. I think a lot of people resent her because she is an extremely intelligent and accomplished woman. I, for one, want a President that is smarter than me.
