Widens the gap between the suburban base, who are abandoning the Senators who stick with Trump, and the deplorables, who are abandoning the Senators who unendorse. I think the only ones who go from winning to losing because of this are Blunt and Burr (and Heck, but he's not an incumbent) -- McCain/Rubio/Portman are just winning by too much for this to cost the lead.
