When we talk about life, we are not talking about bodies, but about souls. The mother is a baptized Christian and will meet her creator even in the extremely unlikely case that the pregnancy kills her. The soul of the unborn is tainted by original sin and if aborted, the unborn will be lost to perdition. We must avoid the latter.

Jews should be exempted from these laws.

People wanted Bernie to campaign after screwing her over & his supporters to come over but they won't do sh**t for Zephyr or Russ Feingold & neither would support him.

People like Hagrid & Lief are the reason the Democratic party is on the verge of ruin & this forum Atlas has 0 Credibility today - You chose the most unelectable & hated candidate in modern US history.

If the Dem party is to survive & go ahead, then the party has to be purged of this kind of people - I have been saying time & again they belong to the modern Republican party or be independent or whatever - They don't belong to the Dem party anymore!

Umm, she got more votes

Thanks to California, home to the wealthiest and most elitist of liberals, and the Hispanic political machine. Where requiring condoms in porn films was seriously considered. Where school principles annul student election results for not being diverse enough. The home of Farcebook, a company based entirely around collecting and selling your personal information, which has enabled misinformation from both sides of the political spectrum, clickbait, and once had accounts belonging to deceased people advertise products to their grieving relatives in fake status updates. The home of Hollywood and toxic celebrity "culture". Where wealthy suburbanites insist on watering their lawns during a record breaking drought that would have brought famine and death upon any per-industrial civilization.

I don't necessarily dislike the state and there's plenty to like about it, but I would take this whole "Clinton was the popular vote winner" argument if it wasn't entirely caused by the margins there.

Not without sacrificing our ideals. Bernie Sanders is a very unique individual and there simply aren't many like him who can be both an intellectual and a man of the people. Jeremy Corbyn comes to mind, but he's British.

I hope she dies cold, alone, and irrelevant in a federal prison, but an HP vote will suffice for now.
Look, there is dislike, and then there is irrational hatred. This clearly falls into the latter.
Hating a woman who wants to wipe my father out? What does that make the anti-Trump rioters than?

Can you explain this? I honestly don't know what you're referring to when you say that she "wants to wipe your father out".
Hillary Clinton has made it clear that "uneducated white males" like the coal miners in WV or truckers and salesmen like my dad are just in the way. She has more than adequetly made her absolute contempt for anyone who is not either a) a sheltered rich white urban Democrat, or b) part of her coalition of voters.

The "job retraining" program she promised was never going to actually retrain the workers whose jobs were lost anyway.

I hope she dies cold, alone, and irrelevant in a federal prison, but an HP vote will suffice for now.

Wants to wipe your father ouy? Umm, what? And yeah, if someone wishes for Trump's death they're wrong too.
I don't want Hillary to die. I want her to live to be a 115 years old. I just hope that when she does expire, it is in a prison cell.
Nobody thinks that coal miners are "in the way". Clinton was an elitist, but she still cared about these people (even when she pitied them).
Like she cared about the Haitians right? Or Kathy Shelton?

Come on, you lost, you can abandon the charade. You never believed in her. You were just scared of him.
Dude, no need to project. I still think that Clinton would make a very good President. Why don't you admit that Trump was never going to smash the Establishment (as his cabinet picks show), and that you were only voting against Clinton?

The establishment you keep talking about isn't the establishment I voted against, nor are these picks anything new. He was floating all of these names on the campaign trail, including at the rally I attended here in Tallahassee. This really doesn't carry any weight and it isn't going to change the result.

Just looking through these names, 90% of them have served on a House Committee, or as an ambassador, or under a former president, or as governors and Senators. If his message is that Washington is corrupt and needs to be "drained", then why not bring in new talent? Or is he admitting that the whole premise of "drain the swamp" was bullsh**t, and that you actually need experience to govern?

I remember when Bill Richardson, Jennifer Granholm, Harold Ford Jr., Judd Gregg, Jim Leach, Sam Nunn, Raul Grijalva, and Al Gore were going to be in the Obama cabinet. Turns out the jobs went to people like Penny Pritzker, Sylvia Matthews Burwell, Arnie Duncan, and Shaun Donovan, all of whom were all former Senators or Governors with high name recognition and decades and decades of experience right?

California will most likely secede with Hillary Clinton as President.

Then the rest of the USA will be permanently Republican.

OK, and I'd never have called Obama "anti-establishment". Even so, he still stuck to his progressive guns in office (at least until the GOP started trying to shut down everything), whereas Trump is already backing down from planks left and right even with a triple majority.

California should give up non-partisan redistricting. No sense in unilaterally disarming,

Don't worry. If VRA2 is not repealed, the new Department of Justice will make sure that whites get proper VRA districts in California.

If the 2008 primaries had been as rigged as the 2016 ones, there wouldn't have been a President Obama.

Truest statement I've seen in awhile.

Both of them.

A bloodbath favoring the Republicans, or a bloodbath against the Republicans?

We do have to face this reality: Progressives have the natural right to have their side in charge. Nature is progressive. To enforce a progressive agenda is Nature's way.

Ugh. Dont believe everything you read. Trump has stopped polling really? And yet every one of his campaigns latest moves has been in response to new polling data that shows a massive swing to Trump in 2012 Obama states like NH, Pennsylvania, Michigan...apparently their internals for Minnesota are good too which has become some sort of dumping ground for somalian muslims. Trump has expanded the map and is going for the win on her turf. He's not scampering to defend Georgia or Texas like they'd quietly hoped he would at this late hour.

Let me be clear, democrats are totally are on the far left and Trump isn't. Trump might be too far left on some issues but he isn't like Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders. The "Progressive" (really socialist) branch of the party is going to dig a grave for the Democrats. If they let a crazy leftist like Ellison run their party then they won't be winning many elections. The nation spoke and they didn't want Clinton because she drank the Bernie Kool Aid. Plain and simple, progressives screwed over Hillary in the general and now they want one of the Bernie cultists running their party. Rust belt voters just want opportunities that the Democrats wouldn't give them because of their policies thatve failed them. RIP dems.

Holy sh*t.

What is wrong with that post?  This isn't the forum to put every opinion you disagree with here.

Donald Trump (R-NY) / Michael Pence (R-IN) - 300 EVs, (47.1%)
Hillary Clinton (D-NY) / Tim Kaine (D-VA) - 238 EVs, (48.4%)
Gary Johnson (L-NM) / William Weld (L-MA) - 0 EVs, (4%)
Evan McMullin (I-UT) / Mindy Finn (I-TX) - 0 EVs, (1.1%)
Jill Stein (G-MA) / Ajamu Baraka (G-IL) - 0 EVs, (0.3%)

My gut says Trump will now win. I think MN, NH, & PA are a bit bold. and could easily go for Clinton.

But let me explain:

MN- Dissatisfied with Obamacare, Midwestern, progressive (They won't fall for Hillary), and White.
PA- Turnout will be high in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area and Central PA, while Trump will win a few counties (Bucks, Lehigh, & Luzerne) in the East. Turnout will be lower in Philadelphia and among AAs overall. This should be enough for Trump to flip the state.
NH- White, Hillary's primary loss, and just my own intuition. I'll probably be wrong on this one though.

Utah will be close and I think Trump will narrowly win the state against McMullin & Clinton splitting the vote enough.

OK, and I'd never have called Obama "anti-establishment". Even so, he still stuck to his progressive guns in office (at least until the GOP started trying to shut down everything), whereas Trump is already backing down from planks left and right even with a triple majority.
What? His shining jewel is a healthcare bill that is failing piece by piece and was invented by Mitt Romney and the Heritage Foundation.
Ouch.

A bloodbath favoring the Republicans, or a bloodbath against the Republicans?

We do have to face this reality: Progressives have the natural right to have their side in charge. Nature is progressive. To enforce a progressive agenda is Nature's way.

Creepy.

No kidding ... Bandit actually kind of scares me, which I'm sure is a badge of honor among his friends "on the ground."

It's a week later and Democrats are still trying to scramble up beef struggling to deal with a comfortable margin of a loss.

Sure, Hillary ran up the board with Californians and New Yorkers to seal a popular vote win but she lost the majority of florida, the majority of ohio, the majority of arizona, the majority of pennsylvania, the majority of michigan, the majority of iowa, the majority of north carolina... even nearly a majority of new hampshire, and almost a majority of minnesota (sad!).

Thankfully the founding fathers designed a system smarter than you are to balance a voice for the nation as a whole, not three populous states.
