2008: Hillary Clinton wins democratic primaries and defeat John McCain, becoming president.
2011: The email scandal emerge, and She is impeached and forced to resign. VP Joe Biden is new president.

2012: Joe Biden is the democratic nominee. Mike Huckabee wins the GOP primaries. The GOP is chainging his position to more right-wing and conservative. Huckabee picks Rick Santorum as VP candidate.

Some independents starts a political project as opposed to both Democrats - declining in popularity over the Clinton's scandal -  and Republicans - for their ultra-conservative turning -, and decide to candidate NJ Governor Chris Christie as president.

I get what you're going for, but here's my line of thought:

The Clinton e-mail scandal wouldn't have popped up because the server was setup during her time as SoS. So does she do the same as president or is she more careful?

Either way, here's my map:

President Joseph Biden (D-DE)/Senator Evan Bayh (D-IN) - 341 EV's
Former Governor Michael Huckabee (R-AR)/Senator Robert Portman (R-OH) - 197 EV's

Interesting scenario (although I doubt Hilldog would have picked Joe as VP).

President Joseph R. Biden (D-DE)/Vice President Barack Obama (D-IL): 313 EV. (49.70%)
Former Governor Mike Huckabee (R-AR)/Congessman Paul Ryan (R-WI): 225 EV. (44.21%)
Governor Chris Christie (I-NJ)/Former Governor Jon Huntsman (I-UT): 0 EV. (4.95%)

Obama was appointed Vice President under the 25th amendment
