These events show some very telling details about the state of the two campaigns.

Clinton campaign, confident and energetic.

Trump campaign, desperation has set in.

Trump is campaigning in Arizona for the 7th time in the general election, while Hillary currently has nothing scheduled for the weekend.

I believe she'll be in Florida on Sat...  but having that much flexibility and cash gives me pause to think they're not going to play the next week completely safe.

There is nothing currently on their schedule on their website and I didn't see anything in a Google search.

Having popular surrogates like Bill, Joe Biden, Tim Kaine, and President Obama on her side--

you forgot the force of political nature that is michelle right now.

We should all be so incredibly proud of Michelle Obama. She showed incredible courage, skill, and passion to rise above the racism and misogyny she suffered early in her public career to become a tour de force. She's an awesome woman.

But the fact that Hillary needs all this means that

a) Trump is THAT good.
b) Clinton is THAT bad.
c) both Huh

Clinton can only do triage now since she has taken real damage from this email thing. Clinton's email scandals always "live" longer than anything Trump has said or done.

Hopefully she will do a reenactment of Sherman's March to the Sea.

If she goes ahead with Arizona on Wednesday, it'll show that her internals don't reveal much harm being done by this story.

It's premature to assume real damage (or lack of it) until we actually see some polls taken after the fact.  Anything else is speculation.

I guess we just have to take what we can get.

Actual swing states: "Clinton campaign places multi-million ad buy, plans last-minute barnstorming with Clintons, Obamas, Biden & Warren"

Georgia: "Usher goes to a precinct, John Lewis walks down the street. Game-changer!"

Just read a tweet that Clinton campaign is buying ad time in Wisconsin. Not a good sign. But I don't believe this is a snap decision, so what's behind it?

News: Hillary Clinton is buying television time in Wisconsin, per source.

Her very first ads of the general election in the state.

I'm going to guess it's "gotta a lot of money to spare" and "avoid any sort of nasty surprise"

If campaign has spare money, why is it not going into GA? Or is it already?

She needs to focus on keeping Wi, Florida, NV, Co and Virginia after this mornings news.
