I guess I'd have to say Masovia, because of my home city of Warsaw. Without home province bias, I'd have a hard time choosing between Podlaskie (got Białystok, Augustów, Białowieża and Suwałki with it's lakes) or Holy Cross (grandma's home). Łódź would be a strong possibility because of the city.

Lower Silesia for my newfound fascination with Wroclaw.

Podlaskie because my grandfather's people lived in Białystok at some point between the Pripyat Marshes and Ellis Island.

I don't know enough about Poland to make any remotely informed choice, so I'll go with Łódź for an incredibly frivolous reason.

Poland is my favorite state in Germany, and one of my favorite Russian oblasts as well, but I didn't know  it was unified and had internal divisions...

Another beautiful country!

My favorite place there is probably Gdansk, so I should vote for Pomerania. or is it too german for it to count? Tongue Grin

God, I remember travelling a lot during my almost 4 weeks in Poland, but I didn't realise I've been to so many Voivodeships. More specifically Lower Silesia, Lódź, Lesser Poland, Masovia, Pomerania, Silesia, Greater Poland and West Pomerania.

Probably I went trough others without stopping. I should review my pictures.

I don't have one

But if I must then whichever one gave Civic Platform its highest percentage in last year's election. Not a good reason, but, eh?

Voted Masovia (loved Warsaw) but should have voted Subcarpathia (all Galicianer, all the time).
