How is it appropriate to attack a candidates spouse?  Especially over something which has no significance to the election?

He already attacked Cruz's spouse and dad in the most vicious ways imaginable, so noone should be surprised really.

Apparently they don't think Hillary has enough of a margin yet?

Hillary needs to turn this around on him and point out that it's just more of the usual attacking the wife for the husband's actions.

Bill Clinton being an absolute POS of a human being (it's worth mentioning how sickening Democratic defense is of him on this forum) has nothing to do with his wife's 2016 campaign.  If anything, it endears people to her.

This campaign team is so stupid.

Number one, everything they are putting out there isn't new. And number two, their candidate has no creditability when it comes to sexual misconduct.

He isn't looking for credibility, he needs people to not see having the Clintons in the WH as any better so that he does not have a disadvantage on it.   It may not be new to everyone, but if he can make young people aware of it he can hope to keep them from becoming Hillary voters.  Plus it matters what you remind people of.

Neither are a picture of morality, and Sec. Clinton isn't exactly the most moral character either, but this will amount to nothing helpful to Mr. Trump and won't help his campaign in all likelihood

Because violating e-mail protocol is exactly the same as being a sexual predator and a pedophilic creep.

Is Trump a dem plant? First he made 100% sure that he was going to lose the election -- now he seems to be trying to drive Hillary's favorable numbers up. At some point you have to wonder: is this the world's most incompetent campaign or is he actually a plant?
If he were a Dem plant, it would have never been close.

Trump's just a sad, strange little man.

Please, everyone knows everything about the Clintons, they have been in the public eye for 25 years. For a lot of young people, their first political memories is the Lewinsky Scandal.

They are fighting a battle, that they already lost in 90s.

I don't really think this is about winning the election any longer for Trump, it's about revenge. He realizes that this campaign has damaged his reputation for ever and thus, even worse for him, his brand. The sleazeball probably blames the Clinton's for that and thus wants to do as much damage to their reputation as possible in retaliation even if it's not actually a winning strategy.

To repeat what I wrote in another thread:

So sick of people trying to be even-handed by saying "yes Bill was deplorable but..." It's just playing into Trump's revenge plot.

The fact is that the circumstantial evidence overwhelmingly indicates that Bill did not assault any of these women, and the "Hillary laughed at a rape victim" story is a myth.  Yes, Bill's cheating on Hillary is bad... But that's not what Trump's talking about.

Bill was a great president and is, for his faults, a good American.  Don't let Trump turn his legacy into collateral damage.

I don't expect you red and fake blue avatars to understand what Trump is doing here.

The Republican base despises that walking STD known as Bill Clinton and his crooked wife Hillary. We welcome additional revelations about Rapin' Bill.

And yes, if the rumors are true, there's an alleged sex tape of him on Pedophile Island having sex with a 13-year-old. Or at least, that's what anonymous claims. I welcome the nuclear option. The Clinton camp and their media whores have gone nuclear on Trump, so the favor should be rightfully returned.

He's neither.  Clinton passed the Violence Against Women Act and appointed a bunch of female cabinet members (first female AG, SoS).  He pushed, unsuccessfully, for the Paycheck Fairness Act.  He started the Disadvantaged Businesses Enterprise to help small businesses owned by women.

Other than a few extremists, nobody here in the United States thought Bill Clinton was a rapist before the Trump crowd started promoting the idea earlier this year.  People picked on the Clintons because Bill was presumed to be cheating on Hillary.  But that's an entirely separate (and private) matter from being a rapist.  There were polls that came out at the time, only 34% of Americans believed the rape story in 1999.  When you consider that the atmosphere then was just as politically charged and divided as today, so obviously the hardcore Republicans were going to say yes no matter what, you basically get that nobody in the center or left and even many on the right did not believe that he was a rapist.

But now we've had 15 years to totally forget that the media spent years investigating these stories and determining that they were fake.  Now all that's left is "oh some women accused Clinton of rape once and nothing came of it" without remembering why.  So Trump, who made a very strong statement in support of Clinton at the time, is now able to dig them up and present them as somehow new information or act on the assumption that Bill is a rapist, and the entire right-wing media machine will support him on this, and suddenly you have a new reality.

Bill Clinton is not a rapist.  Most people in America never thought he was a rapist.  At the time the rape allegations were made against him, it was fairly obvious that they were false from the way the story was evolving (women changing their stories, or being obviously aligned with right-wing hit groups, etc.) and the only people who believed them were the kind of hardcore partisans who'd believe Bill Clinton was actually possessed by a devil if the right-wing media told them so.  In the intervening years, nobody ever accused him of rape and even the partisans forgot that they were supposed to believe he was a rapist.  If you'd polled Americans in late 2014 about whether Bill Clinton was a rapist, you'd have gotten results like 20-25%, just the real core of Clinton-haters who'd answer yes out of spite.

I have no idea for certain whether Clinton is a rapist, but to be honest, I would not be surprised if he were. There is NO doubt that Clinton instructed his state guard troops to pick up women and to hide is indiscretions while he was governor of Arkansas. There has been very few Presidents of lower moral character than Clinton.

Seriously, you don't get to decide who's a "real" blue avatar, you dumbass.  Trump strays from conservative orthodoxy on a number of issues; guess he's a RINO, using SoCon logic of the past.
