Here is what I found on Wikipedia.

After graduating from college, he was a Volunteer Refugee Resettlement Officer for the UN. He was a CIA operations officer for 10 years. In 2013, he became a senior national security adviser for the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and became the chief policy director of the House Republican Conference in 2015.

Is he qualified to be president? Is he more qualified than Gary Johnson?

Well, he's certainly more qualified than Donald Trump.

I wouldn't be comfortable with him but I'd prefer him to anyone other than Hillary, because he seems to have his act together and a basic level of competence and intelligence.

Yes, and not just because the standards have dropped.

This. He has just as much experience as many former presidents.

I think he's probably the second most qualified person running this year.

I think he's probably the second most qualified person running this year.

He is a cia spook, so obviously he's going to know and toe the company line on foreign policy, but Johnson was the Governor of a decently sized state, and was fairly effective. Arguably on domestic issues (which entails most issues), Johnson is more qualified.

He's without doubt more qualified than Donald Trump or Jill Stein. He's more qualified on foreign policy than Gary Johnson, but on domestic policy, who knows

I'm not sure if he's more qualified than Johnson-- experience counts for something, and by all records Johnson was a decent governor-- but:

Unfortunately it seems that Gary Johnson's brain has been turned to mush by decades of drug abuse. Very sad.

I actually was thinking about voting for him until he made the stupid "Lincoln was a third-party candidate" claim (or at least his facebook page does).

It's a meme on McMullin's facebook page. As far as I can tell, it's an official page.

Then again, I'm so fed up with Clinton, Trump, and even Johnson, maybe I should just overlook it.

I know that Johnson said it. McMullin could have as well though.
