Remember in the Bush years, Trump was very anti Bush, calling for his impeachment, calling him a liar on WMD, and i believed supported single payer. Do you think he could have won any states in the 08 dem primary

I seriously doubt he would have made it past the primary. Edwards pretty much filled Trump's hypothetical niche that year, and look how far he went.
