Many things, including the fact that she once said that someone who is harrassed at their job should just find a different job.

She's also said that racial slurs in the workplace are protected by the First Amendment.

I agree with the first, and disagree with the second. Of course, the second is also true except that the first amendment doesn't apply to the states.

Unconstitutional about what? Wealth redistribution? She thinks it's part of substantive due process. It's every bit as valid as the right to an abortion (i.e. total made up crap with no legal basis whatsoever). At least the libs get a taste of their own medicine this way.
