I'm thrilled to see the Assembly up and running again - thanks for taking the initiative!

I like Articles II through IX - these are great ways to expand our economy and promote growth. However, Article I needs to be removed: not only are inter-regional tariffs bad for the economy, they are blatantly unconstitutional:

I seriously like the look of this bill. You'll need to get round to doing a budget at some point, probably best to do it after the election.
