Faithless Elector watch: EC member in Washington won't vote for Hillary.

I know the GA faithless elector was removed from the position.  But was the TX faithless elector ever removed?  Clinton is running a tight campaign, so I'm pretty sure the party will come down hard on this one and he'll be removed from the position.

Again; if you're planning on this, why let anyone know beforehand?  That's a good way to lose your position as an elector.  If you want to do it, then do it silently and claim responsibility afterwards.

Is there a deadline to replace electors though?
