There's quite a difference between one person making a decision to not vote for Clinton in the ballot box on their own - Quite frankly in a state like Washington I don't care if he writes in Bernie Sanders or whatever his choice might be. But he's going to be sent to the electoral college - he should respect what the voters of his state says or resign.
