breathing - Yes, unless it's Sunday.
eating after 9pm - No, punishment is hanging.
swimming within 30 minutes of eating - No, punishment is hanging.
killing somebody else for sh!ts and giggles - Only if you swear that you really wanted to do it.
beating your wife (or husband) - Only if your wife is ugly.
robbing a bank - Only if you're on welfare.
smuggling immigrants in from another country - Sure, why not.
slavery - Only if the slaves are white.
fag burning - YES
buying flowers for a non gift-giving purpose - Absolutely not, flowers are an endangered species.
possessing tuna in a 12 ounce can - No, punishment is hanging.
cheering for a basketball team that isn't a home  team - No, punishment is telling the other team that you cheered for them.
